In order to rent an instrument from MusiqHub you will need to complete an online Rental Application form.

To complete the online Rental Application form you will need:

• A scan or digital copy of a household bill that helps verify your current residential address. For example, a power bill, phone bill, or rates bill.
• A scan or digital photo of your New Zealand drivers license or New Zealand Passport.
• Contact details (address and phone number) for your employer.
• Address and phone numbers for an alternative contact who does not live with you.
